Editorial policy

Active Talent Journal aims to make creative learning and shared work easier to think about. We write in plain language, distinguish general ideas from specific claims and make changes when we find an error.

Accuracy and care

We check names, terminology and factual details against suitable sources before publication, and take care not to present personal preference as a universal rule. Where a subject is uncertain or open to interpretation, the wording should make that clear. Our material is general editorial content, not professional advice.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial decisions remain separate from commercial arrangements. Any sponsored or partner material will be clearly labelled where it appears, so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial content. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage or editorial approval.

Corrections

Readers can report a possible error through the Contact page. We review specific, actionable reports and correct material when warranted. Significant changes should be noted in the article where appropriate; wording may also be clarified for accuracy.

Images and illustrations

Images are chosen to support the subject and should not mislead readers about what an article describes. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where relevant, they will be identified as such.
